Why doesn't my Dell Inspiron i3531-1200BK recognise my HP Photosmart D110 printer when I try to scan something to PDF? All I get is a message that Windows does not recognise the peripheral attached to the USB port.
Have you run the HP Trouble shooter as it will come up what is missing or you need to install
Did you use the disc that they send with it to install all the software
Alsop have you tried HP Scan and Capture, I got mine from the Store.
I use that when I scan a document and then save it in Documents Scanned Folder, or once it shows up just click print and away it goes.
