im stil at 10125 as i said! anyway, i went this through the sand and concrete, geez.

i clean-installed today _4_ times, after third, i had _4_ different versions on the boot menu... so you guess what. formatted and deleted or partions and now the 4th run is totally clean - this time i managed to get a AMD update from WU and im running clean install now with 15.4 betas and just installing first game to test the rig.

its been pain in the ass but i noted few other thingies in this build:
    - loading bars 0 to 100% arent working basically at all
    - installing 15.4 AMD drivers causes USB devices to hang up (discounting logitech G930 for some reason?) and you need to replug them in the middle of the installation
    - boot time is piss fast with my crap old setup and the installation is only taking 14.4gb
    - install time was less than 6 minutes FROM the USB stick

first run, 4 minutes -> crash
second run, 10 minutes -> crash
    rolled back to 14-4 ->crashes

the update for AMD cards through WU just disables the CCC from the bootup??? what fix is that...
im done with this and waiting for better times.

It's why I'm back to running 8.1 on my laptop. I didn't get any crashes or BSOD, just constant ccc has stopped working messages. Also couldn't get my USB monitor to work, that was a separate issue not related to the AMD driver issue though.

updated today 15.5 drivers, still no help. GPU-z peaks up to 81c on gpu#2 before the computer crashes, but shouldnt be issue. first pull it peaked up to 79,5c when i had 60% fan speed vs second run 25% so not overheating issue.

could this be still on the hardware side? GPU broken when playing games but can run desktop like no tomorrow?

Possible. one way to find out is to install something other than Windows 10 and see if the issue goes away.

All I can tell you is, if it is a hardware issue like your video card dying under heavy load, it will do it in Windows 8.1 too. If its a Windows 10 issue, it should go away when you go back to Windows 8.1. If it is a hardware issue, nothing you do in Windows 10 is going to fix it. Other than not stressing the card.

yeah and i noted windows 10 eats even less wattage than windows 8 or 8.1 or 7. its not that major issue when its like 1-2%. yeah im going with this hardware issue here too, might be just heavy coincidence that my PSU starts to die. gonna check that last part today after work in hour or two and fix the problem.

now i know why the game crashes (wattage load from GPU) and the even more weird part where i installed new drivers, after the first few blackouts my USB devices (mouse+keyb) stopped working and i had to replug them in order to make them work - smells like a psu/wattage stuff

Sounds like a hardware issue to me. What are the temps like in the room the PC is in. Overheating is more likely in the summer if the room isn't air conditioned.

so, it IS the PSU problem, i dropped the power consumption from CCC By whopping 6% and now im running around hour+ on games without single crash.

sorry for the raging and ranting here but its fine - PSU store here i come :)
