Hi there
Bluetooth is a HORRIBLE technology for quality sound - most decent cars anyway have a convenient AUX in for playing music from external devices - the better type cars have the aux in plus a USB slot in a panel so you can place the device out of the drivers way without any wires getting in the way --or old fashioned car radios have AUX in --very few have Bluetooth.
In the home Wifi speakers are infinitely better than Bluetooth if you want wireless sound -- bluetooth is hopeless for any really high quality listening.
Bluetooth can work for "Soundbars" on modern TV sets - the sound quality of modern movies is actually pretty dreadful and often poorly mixed - especially for spoken words. However a lot of movies these days have barely any Dialog --I think Matt Damon in the latest Jason Bourne movie actually has around 120 secs or so -- 2 Mins !!!! in the whole film !! -the rest is a lot of effects -- banging and crashing etc -- enjoyable movie but don't expect any Brain Cells to be needed when watching it. !!!
Put these soundbars into a high quality Audiophile high end Audio Amp and you can hear the obvious limitations !!!!
Apple may have just got this wrong for once -- but in any case I think there is an adapter available to connect "Classic headphones" to the system.
Cheers
