Pen drive not detecting/working.

My pen drive not detecting in my pc. its not even showing in file explorer. And I check disk management there its showing as disk 1 (f). and also showing as no media. I checked the properties of that, there its showing my device's name and all. I tried to format it using cmd, but at that time its giving messege "cant open with direct access". is there any solution to solve this?

Try this:

1. Open an admin command prompt
2. diskpart
3. automount enable
4. exit

This should force your PC to 'see' new devices. Otherwise, you might have a faulty drive. Can you access and read the drive on another PC?
