This is a usual occurrence immediately after a new release. Speculation in the past has been that they limit the number of daily downloads for various reasons - among which would be to throttle release so they can see if there are any bugs pop up. Again, the "why" is speculation I've read here, however, the "what" can be expected. You could try again tomorrow and get lucky or just hold on it until they make it more freely available.

Make a system image(No! a Restore Point is not enough, because more than registry entries are changed during an install) before installing the new Magician(I always do, especially in the test time where only so & so many can be downloaded.

@Cliff S Thank's for posting the OneDrive link now I can do all my software updates and then make a new Backup.

MajorGeeks is usually fast to obtain it too.
