    did you try different CAM Apps like Skype etc ? maybe it is only one App not working ?

    I have no idea how to test if physical.

    I looked at Driver Tom linked but no INF for your Cam.

    I tried OBS and it sometimes give me green screen

    Any suggestion ?

    ok I don't know OBS , but that fix was supposed to help Skype on some computers....

    There are more and more websites mentioning this issue all the Time

    this one says you change two registry entries not just one with the same value :

    This guy says it worked for him..... so you may be one of those that this fix doesn't work for.

    My old cam is still working on the Netbook on Windows 10 V.545 but it has not done 1607 for some reason. I tested just with the Camera App on the Start Menu.

    I read today that Win 10 AU version .82 fixes this for some..... assuming it was M$ AU that broke it....
