If do not know what kind of HDD you have, I assume it is a normal HDD.
It is not important to know if it is a SSD or HDD to solve your problem, I was just curious , because the "Write Protect" is mysterious, how can a Drive get a "Write Protect" Lock, I am wondering very much.

Did you have seen and choose "Restart" from a Screen like this to enter the Safe Mode option?

Yipp, I got exactly that same screen. And I pressed restart as you said. It restarted and gave me inaccessible boot device? Could my harddisk be corrupt?

Well, If you can not Boot either in Safe Boot, I can not help you any further.
It would be the last chance to Boot in Safe from a USB or DVD, but I do not know if Win 7 would be suitable for that.
May be someone can help you better than I can at this point.

    Sorry.

I would say it is a kind of "Software Locked" or something like that, if this exists at all.

I can describe what happens: if I do exactly what adalwar says everything goes Wright till I get the screen with an unhappy smiling face and then inaccessible boot device. Then it starts itself again and I get an automatic repair screen with buttons restart and advanced options.
    Ok, try this:

Pick Advanced option > Command Prompt

    Enter the following commands

    diskpart
    lis dis
    lis vol
    exit

lis dis is shorthand for list disk - it will tell you if you have more than one disk installed

lis vol is shorthand for list volume - it lists the volumes it can see

I don't know how to help upload an image - I only occasionally use a mobile device.
Unfortunately this means that you have to type what you see - I don't need all of the text, just the relative info.
I struck the stuff you don't need to type and bolded the stuff I want to see (red is important)

    DISKPART> lis dis

Disk ### Status Size Free Dyn Gpt
    -------- ------------- ------- ------- --- ---

    Disk 0 Online 596 GB 130 GB

If there is an astersik in the GPT column - that is important - it tells me the way the disk was initialized (MBR or GPT)

    DISKPART> lis vol

Volume ### Ltr Label Fs Type Size Status Info
    ---------- --- ----------- ----- ---------- ------- --------- --------
    Volume 0 U DVD-ROM 0 B No Media

Volume 1 System Rese NTFS Partition 500 MB Healthy System
Volume 2 C 10 Boot NTFS Partition 40 GB Healthy Boot
Volume 3 D 10 Data NTFS Partition 10 GB Healthy

You can shorthand some of it
    vol # for Volume #
    NTFS for NTFS Partition
    Sys for System

Using the above example, this should suffice in shorthand

vol 1 Sys NTFS 500 MB Sys

If the Status column is helathy, you can exclude that unless it is NOT healthy

What I'm looking for is the System and Boot information.
The size might matter, but I don't think so with the issue on your machine.

Any chance you could ask a friend to let you use their machine to create some utility disks?

These two would be very helpful to have (each fit on a CD):

MiniTool Free Bootable Partition Manager | Partition Wizard Bootable CD
This is the utility that will help the most ... it will at least allow you to look at the disks, partitions, and volumes.

There's also a file manager that might help

    WAIT!
It seems there is no Boot Partition in your System.
Please, at Command Prompt, like you did for DiskPart, type BCDEDIT and post here a screen shot
