    Make sure you chose the one that says Creators update and is about 130 MB in size. That is the only one that would install in Device Manger.

    I found the have disk method after my last post and already tried that. Running the .cpl file from Win + R does load Realtek HD Audio Manager.

    Yes I did and it's not there. I normally use All Control Panel items so it should be there.
