I think i found a problem in the latest Realtek HD Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS Nahimic + Sonic Studio III integration) - latest version drivers: 6.0.1.8668, when I lower the sound volume to 0 from the windows and immediately return to a higher volume, the sound has a delay considerable!
Not on my system(tested with Groove and YouTube on the new Edge)

Maybe it's from my receiver pioneer VSX-933 that receives the signal later

Could be, I use a Philips Soundbar HTL2160 w/subwoofer connected via AUX in.

At the time of this post, Realtek HD Audio Driver 6.0.1.8673 (FF00 = Generic) WHQL was released.

Don't know if and when other options will be available for this update.

For those who've tried 8673: Is it any good? Worth updating or no?

Seems cool over 8668 (HDA), I'm finding better bass and high-end, and keeping the "range of punch" in the overall sound.

Exactly the same for me .

I think @Cliff S may well like these. If you use the link posted by johngalt there are UAD versions as well
