You'd have to test it for yourself and judge.
I had to roll back because on my system and setup I didn't like the overall sound. I prefer 8656.

I know this very well, but until now i read all the opinions from all users but i can say that i trust more your opinion and DooGie's opinion...
What's do you believe is the benefit of 8656 over 8652?

To my ears and with my setup (and I also use the Generic option since I don't have other bells and whistles), 8656 sounds "rounder". In other words, everything sounds a bit more balanced, especially in terms of bass and treble and especially when sound is turned up at a higher volume.
