Probably not on clean driver install. I have Realtek HD Audio Manager in Control Panel but it's just with driver upgrade.

All the files are missing? Do you just have the generic Microsoft Audio driver now on your PC?
You might want to download the last driver posted on Realtek's website first, then try to update via Device Manager and see if it works for you.

Yes, and I have just the Generic Microst Audio driver and when I update Generic Microsoft Audio driver to the latest version from the Microsoft Update Catalog (6.0.1.8110) there is no Realtek HD Audio Manager in Control Panel and system tray.

Then don't update to 6.0.1.8110 just yet.
Download the version from Realtek first here: Realtek
    Choose 64bits Vista, Windows7, Windows8, Windows8.1, Windows10 Driver only (Executable file).
Then run it via the Setup file and follow the instructions. You will have everything set up right this way.
    After, try updating to
v6.0.1.8110 via Device Manager and see if everything works.

Strange. Realtek Manager disappeared from the Control Panel when I installed 8110, but it's still available via a shortcut I made for my Classic Shell menu. That's OK. I seldom accessed it from the Control Panel anyway.

UPDATE: Had to roll back to 8105. 8110 broke my Sound Blaster Cinema 3 that should run in conjunction with it.

damn.. ever since I updated my Windows 10 a few days ago, my realtek audio is utter shit. Experiencing the same problems as prior posters. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The quality of the audio is crackly and just gernerally very poor. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling etc but just cant seem to get it working....
