    Hi,

    They still look great, f14tomcat. Do you happen to know their Zin (Input Impedance) ?

    My all time favourite is the ELS Stax Lambda Pro. Even designed a mini OTL for them many decades ago.
    Maybe we should start a thread: "What cans are you using?".....

    Apologies for jumping into a conversation...I have a quick question.

    I have been having issues with my Realtek audio for at least two weeks. I have done all the suggested options from MS. Last night I was reading through a few threads, then found myself researching, and landed on a possible fix, for my system at least(?). Dell states I need to update my BIOS. The only fix (that I can see) for the current version is for wifi issues. However, based on what I have read, the update may fix the audio issue I have currently.

    What do you think??

    Updating to the most current bios won't do any harm.
    Dell often uses proprietary hardware/drivers though so maybe it's best to stick with those.
    What are the issues you're experiencing anyway ?

    Been listening for an hour or so and there's not much of a difference between 8004 and 8010. To me the bass seems a little more defined and instruments sound sightly more seperated from each other.
    So nothing to make me say they're a big improvement but still worth trying.

    Not as hyperactive as they were when we could access the ftp though. Three releases a week wasn't unusual then.

    In some ways fdegrove I prefer installing from a cab file as the previous driver gets put into windows driver store so you can roll back to it if you don't like the new build.

Hello Everyone. I have a Jabra bluetooth speaker (the Solemate Mini). On Windows 8.1 I plug it in to my laptop using the 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable and then, when I watch a movie, it correctly outputs to the speaker and does not use my laptop speakers....
