How do we know if we can use UAD drivers?
you have to remove/uninstall any existing Realtek HDA (nonUAD) drivers from Programs & Features first before installing any UAD drivers.

use this tutorial from the Github Realtek UAD page on installing Realtek UAD drivers.

Ah Microsoft is recently making up now in releasing new generic HDA drivers

v6.0.1.8560 (HDA) has recently shown up on MS Update Catalog -
note: get the 143.1 cab download, not the 135.1 cab download which is a Lenovo based HDA/SST driver. the 143.1 cab HDA download is a generic one with FMAPO files though the FMAPO files are mostly used on Lenovo PCs.

Currently using build 8569, sounds pretty good but most of the latest Realtek drivers do. Around two years ago they used to release some truly vile sounding ones.

I agree...to be honest, I'm currently on 6.0.1.8475, which sounds good. Have tried some newer ones (not this one, though) and the sound difference I notice is practically negligible (to my ears, at least).

I dare say 8569 is a bit of an upgrade from 8564. Everything sounds smoother, if that makes any sense.
All is well-balanced. Sounds great on my setup.

i noticed a couple of versions back they seemed to be greatly improving the drives. with the version that came with my mobo i found i had to turn the speakers up to have the sound where i like it cause there drives had it lower that what the drivers that windows puts in. for the longest time i actually let windows do the sound drivers cause the rt ones were garbage in my book. i only started using the rt ones when on two separate installs of 17763 the windows driver would drop one sound channel and i could not find a fix for it.

If you like 8475, you'll like 8541 too. I'm still on it, good sound. ALC283 here.

Thanks a lot for the suggestion.
I have already tried it, as with 6.0.1.8544 (which I found a little better). But as I said, to my ears the difference between them and 8475 is less than negligible. BTW I have ALC282, on an hp laptop.

I was wondering where i can find a proper realtek audio for my windows 10 version?
My windows is: 1607 LTSB 14393.2457

Im asking this cause this asrock motherboard b350 fatality k4 gamming has stutter in all Operative system, also i found a problem, when using the bcdedit cvar: bcdedit /set usefirmwarepcisettings Yes , once window is restarted my audio is disconnected, so is like a faulty motherboard, if i put No, the Os will control the IRQ pci but... audio stuttering sometimes

So i was wondering if there any miracle audio to have at least less stuttering? cause asrock refuse to rma international
And i'm from Venezuela :'( this is the true hell u.u
