to find realtek hd audio manager and launch it, go to the .exe for realtek audio in either the program files or program files (x86) folders where realtek audio is installed and launch the program from there, create a shortcut key you lay in the taskbar for quick access and launch. enjoy.

I'm currently using build 8261 IntelliMoo but currently can't give an accurate opinion of it as I'm full of a cold and my hearing is a bit muted.

To me it sounds rounder in sound, but at times it seems like the bass is a bit too cranked up. I have to give it more hours of listening, but that's what 8261 sounds like to me.

*Update: I am sticking with 8261, sounds good to me.
