Windows 10 Anniversary update Mouse issue

Anyone else having issues after their Windows 10 anniversary update that the mouse scroll is insane?.
already set it to move only 1 line, but doesn't seem to fix it... Kinda lost here

All my programs 1 little scroll, makes things fly over the screen.
Didn't have that problem before the update.

Touch pad or real mouse ?
Scroll can be adjusted thru Start > Devices > Mouse & touchpad.

Does the mouse have a separate program - Logitech mouses (sic) do? If so look under that.

    No it doesn't
Now since I had Start10 installed to, I went to the Mouse settings and had it set to 1 line.
I followed the same through the Windows 10 menu as above, and it was set to 1 line as well.. I moved the slider back and forth.. and it "seems" that that part worked..
I need to test when I get home, since i had to leave for work..
if it does work, then I wonder why the old style menu didn't work properly.

Well I do, but luckily only sometimes (I use AU for 2 weeks). Like when 10 is in a bad mood or something.

It happens only when I change mouse resolution, there's button on top of it.
