    Registered to respond to this thread. I have been lurking on here because I was also having the "raw" issues. I updated three of my pc's yesterday, and today. All three recognized everything I plugged into it, so seems the problems have been resolved.

    That's reassuring but I've seen no official confirmation on the forum that this bug has been fixed.

    Even had the KDKB3193494 cumulative update... My WD 500gb still not recognized, but working on WIndows 7 laptops. It's REALLY annoying

    Has the non-cooperating PC ever had a clean install of Windows 10? If not, that may be what you'll need to do.

    I did a fresh install of WIndows 10, but not a fresh install of Windows 10 Anniversary Update... I'm even not sure it would help :-/

    still got the same prob here wd 500 gig my passport... it has no partions except a 15gb for xbox 360 yet it shows 3 diff ones here

    Anthorama and Progenitor, are these two externals the exact same?

    Yeah, you both have to post "full" specs of the external WD drive to check. Then we can check with the Feedback app to see if others are having the problem with those same drives.
