One of my colleagues cannot print from Excel since we changed to Windows 10. Word is okay. Are there any settings we need to change. Any ideas please?
Looking like Adobe is proving hard to print also.
Are you able to print in other applications using your printer without facing issues? You mentioned Adobe?
Reinstall the printer to see if it works.
Update printer drivers.
Change the default printer and check if the issue persists.
Check Device Manager for issues.

I had similar odd issues. I found in the end the best option was simply to uninstall office entirely using Revo Uninstaller (not the windows tool) and reinstall from scratch. You will need your office key if you own it (use produkey).
Of course, only try this if other methods do not work
