There's entry for Device manager i the right click menu on Start button. That's handiest place to find it.

    Run these in sequence.

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
    SFC /scannow

Run sfc up to 3 times if necessary until it reports no problems found.

May I understand what the first 2 commands do? Thanks!

    You have Win10 Enterprise.

Is this machine administered by the IT department of your organization?

RedStone upgrade is coming. I'll wait for it and see if it can fix the issue. Otherwise, I will try your way. Thanks!

I have only run 'sfc /scannow' again and there's no problems at all.

The device management is still not in the computer management list, so do I still need to run the first 2 commands?

By the way, my Win10 enterprise has not upgraded to RS.

Device Manager is on the Right-click of the Start button of my Win10 Home and Win10 Pro computers, many things are such as Control Panel, Command Prompt [2 items], etc. Also different from Win7 is Startup has been moved from msconfig to the Task Manager.
