    Connect the docking station directly to the lappy to see if it shows up in Device manager.

    Sorry about the delay. You can call me Liz...it's my name!
    I was shutting down to change the hardware around and Windows threw a load of updates at me!!

    We already looked at the driver in the last thread on this Forum and it was up to date.

    The is driver version 16.01.113 of ASUS USB 3.0 Docking Station.
    I found it before and noted it.
