I have been given a Seagate 3000gb 3.5 HDD and when I plug it in it does not even vibrate and is not recognised in the PC's bios. My PC's power supply's output is 250 Max, +5v,+12v,+5vsp. Is the drive dead? Pls, anyone, help.
