    Okay thanks.
    So, the first one - the Realtek NIC - right-click on that one and change the DNS servers to the Open DNS servers.
    Then do the same for your wireless Qualcomm Atheros one (Even though you are not using it at the moment). Those are your 2 physical NICs.

    Leave the other two alone.
