    Open up CCleaner ...just to check your restore point....click on tools tap then system restore ...it should show their :)

    Don't know what TC wants next.....run CCleaner ......check registry .....run sfc .....choices ....

    TC shouldn't he run CCleaner and remove those 1GB of files before you do the defrag ...

    What a crazy 12yrs this has been---Frustrating and Fun all at once-----I don't know what TC or simrick want either ---probably on break from my craziness:)

    I would prefer NOT to run Ccleaner on those files at this point. I'd rather have TC walk him through the defrag and sfc /scannow. Cleaning those files would be later on, just in case ....
