I wonder how the cleaning is going?? I hope it works out but if it doesn't it might be time to do a clean instillation of 10.
I'm having trouble with eset install it took me off line and locked up my sys. and said it cant find the free licence key Last night I crashed the computer I was tired and in a hurry tried to dnld and inst two big softwares at the same time I had to do a clean boot to get it back up I don't know if that's what your talking about just tried to reinstall eset and still had trouble what would a clean install do take out the apps but leave the files pswds and reinstall windows ??
Yes, Peter, Computiac is correct in saying a clean install is not needed at thsi point. Please do not do something you can't put back. A clean clean install will put you back to ground zero. Please read or re-read my post #46 above. CPU - Page 5 - Windows 10 Forums
