You will have to wait for someone who is experienced in overclocking if this is what you want to do.

@petra9999, unfortunately, you have an HP computer. HP, as all other OEM Manufactrers, lock their BIOS down so you do not have access to the adjustments you have to make in order to overclock. Plus, I'm sure you have the stock AMD cooler, which will not stand overclocking. There is some software which claims to be able to do it. I can't tell you the names of them as I would never use them. I do not recommend doing that.
The best advice I ever received about overclocking is 'If you can't afford to replace it, don't overclock it'. If you want to overclock you need retail parts such as an unlocked CPU, Motherboard and CPU Cooler. You also need to know that overclocking can be very dangerous to your computer and its components.
If you would like to build your own computer, there are many of us who would be happy to help you pick out the right parts to do so.
I'm going to build my own nice learning curve for me it won't be until July though and I will have you and people here help teach me Is there such a thing as frustratingly fun? Because that's were I'm headed

I think that is a good decision and as others have said, there are some excellent computer builders here that are more than willing to help. Overclocking is more of an art than a science. There are some excellent CPUs out now which almost make overclocking not necessary. However many of us do it anyway, just because we can. :) It is habit forming. If they made a CPU tomorrow that was stock 6 GHz, I would be trying to get it to 7 GHz, even though it would make very little difference in the every day computing experience.
Spend your time researching parts as well as learning to overclock. Learn the rules. It can be dangerous if you don't. The rules and methods are different for AMD and Intel CPUs. Keep that in mind when you read. The most important thing you can do right now is research your components. Research and planning the build is the fun part of building your own computer.
Thank You I will take your advice and research this month and probably for a life time whats the difference between AMD and Intel Are you a Vet? The eagle picture might suggest that. The VA has me at 100% disable.
