Peter, first screenshot I would like to see is the list of installed programs. If it's more than one page, scroll down and take pics of each page.

Go to All Settings. In the top search box, type Control Panel, enter. Click Control Panel. Under Programs, click Uninstall a Program (you're not going to uninstall anything, just get a list). This will display all your installed programs with name, publisher, date, etc. Take screenshots of all pages and post. Thanks.

Hey everyone, I'm afraid that there are too many people asking questions and making suggestions. I'm afraid we may be confusing petra9999. I will remain subscribed but not posting. If I can help, I'll be happy to.

Here are my screenshots for running the MBAM scan with rootkit detection:

Make sure the definitions are up-to-date
    CPU-mbam01.png

In settings, select Rootkit and treat PUPs and PUMs as malware

    Configure custom scan

Select all items and all attached drives

When the scan is complete, find the log; double-click

Select export>to a text file. Post the log here.

Peter, type snippet in the search box and the snipping program will show up. Right-click that and select Pin to Taskbar. Then it will be available for you to take screenshots easily.
