@Mike: True - but in the screenshot he posted, the 'This PC' directory on lower left is expanded and shows there is no listed D or F drive. Wouldn't that give the same indication you're asking him for, just from a different layout than your example? I see a Toshiba5 showing as drive (L:) , and a Samsung device showing as (K:). @Datapod: Assuming you have a disc in either of the drives, as Deacon said, it should show up in that section. If it doesn't, I would uninstall the drive in question from device manager and reboot - then as Mike said, check for a driver update from Dell.
