Same black screen here... Mobo does not have integrated Graphics, so the only ports are from the GTX 1080,
and I can't login... No POST shows up but my mobo code is 'AA' which I understand things are good...

Disabling "Fast boot" in your BIOS may help with the black screen. It is a bug in the NVIDIA driver.

I installed the new graphics card, Windows recognized it and downloaded the proper drivers. All good.
However, if i try to update the drivers to the latest version, 365.10, during installation the display goes black and won't come back until i restart the PC.

This only occurs when updating to 365.10.
The version downloaded from WU, 358.91, works perfectly.

Is this only a driver related issue or a faulty gfx Card?
I just had this same issue with an Nvidia driver 461.92 on an Nvidia RTX 3600ti. I had to hard boot the machine to get the screen to show up. I then went back into Nvidia GeForce Experience and reinstalled the driver, and it seems to be working fine now.
