Windows 10: Pointer and Scroll Wheel Lag

    Pointer and Scroll Wheel Lag

Been having the issue of pointer lag and more recently scroll wheel lag for the last few weeks, I have had Windows 10 ever since the free upgrade was available, (sometime in August) and this never happened to me before. I have done several computer upgrades since then but the most recent one well predates when this began. I've gone through at least 4 mouses since this started, updated windows, tried 4-6 different solutions found online since this has begun to no avail.

Any good help is appreciated, as it stands I can't do anything with my computer because it stresses me out too much to deal with it.

    Thank you,

Hi, what sort of mouse do you have- how is it connected? If wireless, have you tried a wired mouse? (I recall some found difficulties with some wireless mice in Win 10). Thanks.

Loading wheel keeps showing in General Support
For some reason, the loading wheel shows for a split second, disappears, then shows again. This repeats for as long as I have my laptop on. Nothing is actually loading and it's not really a problem but I'd like to know how to get rid of it.
