Motherboard Suggestions
Hey guys, after a power cut in my room for some reason it fried my motherboard, I'm pretty broke at the moment and only have £50 to spend, at the moment I:
i5 CPU
750ti GPU
16GB RAM (2x 8GB)
Thank you.

Here are the one that I found with a fast search:
Asus H110M-D D3 Motherboard (Socket 1151, DDR3, S-ATA 600, Micro ATX, PCI Express 3.0, USB 3.0, Stainless Steel Back I/O, DIGI, VRM): Amazon.co.uk: Computers Accessories
HTH..
Jeff
Assuming that the I5 3450 in "partians" system specs is the one, a Socket 1155 motherboard is needed. Not 1151.
I buy most of my stuff through Newegg, who also does business in the UK.
Assuming that you want another H61 microATX board, here's what they have:
Intel H61, Micro ATX, Intel Motherboards, Motherboards, Components - Newegg.com
I might not go for the cheapest (Biostar), but I've been happy with my current Asrock board.
I hope that the CPU, RAM, and graphics card survived whatever took out the mainboard. I'd also worry about the power supply.
Hey guys, I ordered it last night however, what do you think about this one: Gigabyte F2A68HM-HD2 Micro-ATX Motherboard - GA-F2A68HM-HD2 - Scan.co.uk
Oh! I'm kinda looking one that's compatible with my CPU, have SATA III and has USB 3.0
As bobkn mentioned, you should probably verify the rest of your components are still good. It would be a shame to buy a new motherboard if it was the PSU that was shot, etc...
"take the CMOS out"??
What do you mean? Do you clear the CMOS (also known as the RTC, real time clock), or physically remove the BIOS EEPROM?
Perhaps I took "fried" too literally. Let's back up: can you boot into the BIOS settings? If so, can you reset them to defaults (or optimized defaults)?
