My Bluetooth works absolutely flawless with no bugs. Also AHCI mode was already activated.
You know i did not try an actual Bluetooth device myself i just plugged in the USB Dongle i had to check how it was, so on/off may have shown up for me. So you tried the switch and it did not go to off ? Glad to hear all else worked out good with the driver updates.
Basically want to turn it off when not in use, understandable. If it is an actual bug as we know, nothing i can do to help that i know.
