User friendly way to test SSD HD

There's SSDlife Free 2.5.82, that's free (obviously). It will show a basic condition report. Another better option is Hard Disk Sentinel. It appears its my data file rather than the OCD SSD that's faulty? This is backed up twice to 2 external HD's so fone there. Worth reformatting it?

Yes, that Western Digital spinning drive does not look good. The SSD looks OK.
You can do the disconnect test, just disconnect the WD drive, to see if it clears up the bluescreen errors.

You could also run Error Checking on the drive to see if it can recover some of the bad sectors.

But I must warn you that a spinning hard drive that is showing that many bad sectors is a drive well on it's way out. You DEFINITELY want to be sure you have backed up all the data on that drive, and if you have not done so do it immediately - before any testing or attempts at repair.

You also want to start thinking: replacement drive.
