The problem did not occur in Safe Mode (YES) but is back after a normal boot-up.
I don't see any slow down when I circle the mouse, but the CPU usage will go up 1% while doing this.
O.k. i wanted to know if it was caused by high CPU or Disc usage is why i asked and forgot to before as this can cause freezes or hangs. Seems since it does not happen in safe mode then it is due to a driver on the system and or running process from a software, not Windows 10 doing this.

Have you ever checked Acer's site for updated Windows 10 drivers for this laptop and any listed ?

So far, it looks like it is laying off after a touchpad update from Acer website...

Think i may have mentioned this twice about updates for system, but seemed to be told i tried that. Also try reinstalling the M705 and or make sure it is up to date believe sept 2015 is latest software driver, although can do without the driver it will work might be same with Touchpad. Most of these drivers just bring extra functionality to the device and windows generic do fine, sometimes it is the conflict of these drivers with Windows. See how it goes.
