    those are the benchmarks on SATA2. as you see write speed is higher than on SATA3 . only read speed is higher on SATA3.im confused dunno what to do

    Yes you showed both benchmarks. Basically should be using the SATA 3 for the SSD's. I did not look well at your motherboard to see how many ports what they should be used for as some are and can be different more for optical drives.

    yes that's the board.Yep 2 Marvell I'm traveling between Intel sata2 and marvel sata3 till I try to land somewhere

    Bookmark that web page, download manual make sure hooked to right connectors believing work best on SATA 3 and enter the BIOS set to AHCI mode. Also it is an older board no available drivers for Windows 10 for the system, SATA Controller drivers, Chipset...unless Windows 10 Downloaded or have updates for them, can be another reason.

    did that already. i know i cant get the full speed of drives cause board is old but sata2 and sata3 controllers have almost same speed.
    well i will keep it in sata3 controller till i upgrade my system hardware and get a newer board cpu etc

    Go through the manual, make sure you are in AHCI mode in BIOS for SATA controllers. Yes can be older hardware,CPU, Board or drivers.
    Make sure have proper SAT 3 cables to drives.
