Thankyou for your help. I have checked and it says they are all up to date however I am still unsure that they are the correct drivers. I have tried going on the HP website and downloaded a program that checked my drivers; it is offering to optimize them if I pay $33. I am pretty desperate at this point and am considering purchasing this, but I am not sure if it will work.

I'm not even sure that it is a driver problem at this point. I'm wondering if there could be another cause, since all of my drivers are up to date? Maybe a hardware issue? I am really lost on this and it is causing a lot of stress.

UPDATE: I took my computer back, as I was certain it was a hardware issue after all my troubles. I got a replacement since I had not even been using the other one for a month, same model, etc. but alas, a few hours into use, the problem occurs again. Could it potentially be any of my devices' drivers causing this? I am really quite lost and would like some advice. Thank you.
