Build 1511 breaks HP DeskJet 710C driver

Hp broke the x64 driver for win 8.1, seems now after working fine on win 10 32 bit for months build 1511 has broken the 32 bit driver, not the printer as it still works on a dual XP boot, what are they playing at?

Found a workaround, removing the LPT port in device manager then scanning for changes reinstalls the port and printer which restores printing. I suspect this works until next reboot where you must repeat the removal procedure.

I have just found use legacy device in the advanced settings of the lpt port properties, wonder if this is a permanent fix, seems to work so far.
