Windows 10 does not recognize Disc Drive

After installing Windows 10 (I had 7 before), my computer does not recognize the D: Drive at all.

    I have a Lenovo H410 Desktop (Lenovo Windows 7PC).

My scans show that all my drivers are updated, but there does not seem to be a driver for the disc drive.

Is that what I am missing? If so, could someone suggest where I obtain it? I have tried the Lennovo website, but am having some trouble getting to the drivers.

    Thank you.

Hi, what do you see if you
    a. From the Cortana search box or a Run box execute diskmgmt.msc?
    b. Use a partition manager boot disk?

(It might be helpful if you could complete your system specs- thanks)

Have a look at this- might be relevant (it probably depends how you have determined Windows does not 'see' your drive):

If you have already tried to install the chipset driver from support site, then try to download a newer driver directly from Intel. Installing proper chipset drivers improves compatibility with Windows 10, your SATA controller driver will also be updated and your hard disk should be detected.
