    How do I solve administrator issue on Windows 10


    Hi, I am trying to install HP PSC 1300 Series printer with the CD, however, windows 10 keeps telling me I am not the administrator but I am. Windows 10 is very frustrating.

    Right click the installer executable and select "run as administrator"

    You have access to the administrator token but normally run as a standard user - This has been a standard security system since Windows Vista
