    Almost the same speeds with USB 2.0 vs USB 3.0 The latter being twice as fast as a USB 2.0. :)

    We are talking to different speeds I think Gary. I am talking about file transfer rate/speed, which both are 6GB/s You then start talking about RPM's which would mean, that files on a with a fast RPM can be accessed quicker, key word here is Accessed. or read faster, but when they go to MOVE a file, both drives move/transfer at the SAME Speed.
