More like when an external device is hooked up like USB device or somehow changed setting in Device manager under Dsik drives and turned off Write Caching then would appear this way. Can you take a screen capture of device manager now showing the controllers without checking show hidden devices, want to check what it shows.

O.k. only has one, but as said my knowledge is not that good with all aspects of controllers and by how many ports and different ones like sSATA and SATA ports why yours now just uses one, might again matter to how ports are on your board which have to look at from the site, but you should be good now, thanks for the pic.
Did you ever do a clean install of Windows 10 ? If you ever do, keep those IRST Drivers 64bit or 32 bit ones on a flash drive for now. If ever do a clean install load those just before the install on custom install screen, make sure PC is in AHCI mode first.For most who already have it in this mode can do it way you installed it now, but best to install before the OS.

Maybe it shows only one because it is installed on the last port on my MOBO. I do have an E-SATA Device but it is plugged into a special port for that. The only other SATA device is MY DVD Player. Anyway It is working and I again thank you all. I am going to mark this solved. I am happy with the results. Like I said if I read the Tutorial earlier it would not have taken so long, even with Mike's spam posts. Just Kiddin Mike:)
Make sure device manager under Disk Drives samsung is checked from top one, just wanted make sure.
Reboot do some trim and Run your WEI score again, can at admin command prompt WinSAT Formal.
