    Printing Problem

Since updating to the latest version of Windows 10, I can not print from Firefox or Pale Moon. When I try printing all I get is a blank page. I can print OK from other programs. I thought the problem was with Pale Moon so I went into "about:config" and reset the printer. When this didn't work I installed Firefox and still have the same problem. I have an Epson WF-3520 printer.

The drivers are up to date. Still cant print in Firefox, Pale Moon and Thunderbird. I even tried deleting the drivers and software and reloading them. Everything look OK in print preview. It just won't send it to the printer.

I just tried print to file instead of printer. When I tried printing the prn file the pages still came out blank. If I need to print from the net I still can print in IE.

You could try copy/past to something like Notepad and then print. This way it will also allow you to control things like fonts and fonts size.

On my statement their is a tab some where on the page that states Print Statement. Open that up and copy and paste.
