Gigabyte Ultra Durable Classic 4 (GA-78LMT-USB3) USB 3.0 not working

I am sure it's a driver issue, as it only happened after I installed a controller driver for my old Saitek P990. The problem is, I have already uninstalled the P990 drivers and tried to re-install my USB 3.0 drivers, but they are still not working. What i have not really explained is that USB 3.0 is sending power to my devices, such as my 1 terabyte hard drive (Yes, it is a USB 3.0 hard drive!), and other 3.0 devices. I have two front USB 3.0 ports, and 2 back ones. My problem is that USB 2.0 works but 3.0 doesn't. Also, Gigabyte's App Centre says the driver can't release to failure. I think that's just because it's an old crappy program that they haven't updated yet. Can someone help quickly? I need those extra ports for multiple keyboards (don't ask) and a printer.

Click on the search icon and type Control. This will show the classic (desktop version) Control Panel. Click on View by Large icons to see all controls. Click on Device Manager. Some USB devices will have a yellow mark (problem). Click on them and press Del to uninstall them. When done, click on the computer icon at the top of the tree. Right-click and select Scan for hardware changes. Windows will attempt to reinstall the USB 3.0 devices. Hopefully it will succeed and everything will be working again.
