Looking for LAN drivers for Asus P7P55D-E Pro MOBO Windows 10 Compatib

    Hello all,

I recently did the upgrade to 10 when they sent it to me. However I didn't really get to use it because there apparently is/was no drivers for the LAN adapter on my MOBO. Still haven't been able to find them. Asus said they where working on it, but haven't heard anything on it. Tried looking for them on-line, and still nothing. Has anyone heard or found one that will allow me to use 10 and get on the internet? I'd really like to see how 10 is going to do. My LAN works fine as long as I'm using 7 Home Premium 64 bit, it just won't cross over. Any ideas?

    Thank you very much!!!

Thank you very much for the welcome and reply Dude. I couldn't find any for windows 8 either. I just looked on the Asus site though, but they didn't have any. I even called them to see what I could do, but he/they didn't really know anything to tell me. Kind of threw me off they didn't have anything for 8 or 10 for a LAN driver.

I see that after looking, you can try compatibility mode for the W7 driver it shows

Thank you Dude! Not sure I know how to do that, but I'll give it a try. Ugghh. You did say compatibility mode for 8 also and my pea brain didn't even think about that for 7. Again, not even sure I know how to, but I'll try. Thank you again very much for the help!!!

You can also try the driver directly from Realtek,

Thank you very much stormy13! Turns out it wasn't a driver after all. An adware program I "had" was blocking internet access. Went into the allow program section and disabled that program and that solved it. Now I'm stuck on a code 43 for my GPU. Not having as good a luck as I did with the internet fix. AMD catalyst update does nothing, Asus update the same. Nothing in BIOS helps. GPU Tweak is gone also. Says it needs drivers, but haven't found anything as of yet. Oh, and it was Anvisoft Adware that was blocking the internet if anyone is having the same trouble with that. Might be another program restricting access. Thank you for even reading, let alone replying!I went ahead and installed that newer driver anyway from the link you sent.
