It is interesting(at least I think so) how little changes can effect disk speed.
If you haven't tried, one thing you can test, is in BIOS set your CPU cache ratio like this:
Ring Down Bin [Auto]
Min. CPU Cache Ratio [Auto]
Max CPU Cache Ratio [ -300 from your Core ratio, for example Core ratio is 50, set max CPU cache ration to 47]
