Matt, unless you are doing some heavy overclocking, probably the best one for the money is the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. There are better coolers, but they are more expensive. If you are doing normal stuff and/or only moderate overclocking, the Hyper 212 is hard to beat. Having said that, I don't know what you are using now.
Agree with that, have one on mine works well, also put a second fan, push pull. Noctua makes some nice ones i have seen but expensive brand, but real quiet fans and good CFM's. For me i use Noctua for Case fans.

Decent price + $5.00 Mail in Rebate http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc..._-35103099-S0O

I used to own that case. If you put the cooler Master Heatsink in, you will have to remove the side 200mm fan. It can be replaced with up to 6 120mm fans. So, removing it and using a couple of 120mm fans will work just as well.
Well like i said; I cant afford to spend a lot right now. and having to spend more $$$ that I just dont have right now is not a option. And exactly which fan(s) are you referring to would have to be removed? The huge one that is attached to the one side of the case or the other ones?

Also i would rather get it locally than have to pay shipping. as in here: http://www.frys.com/product/6799935?...H:MAIN_RSLT_PG I also have a 25 dollar gift card for frys which would make the out of pocket expense very very minimal.

Newegg was free shipping, but since have coupon and can go pick it up instead, makes much more sense.Good luck

Yes, the huge 220 mm one might interfere.

The link that you provide is to the CM Hyper 212 Evo, which is the one Steve recommended. $30 at Computer Parts, Laptops, Electronics, and More - Newegg.com, free shipping, $5 rebate until 9/28/2015. $25 net (plus the price of a stamp for the rebate) is pretty good for that HSF. Save your Fry's gift card for the new backup drive?

Looks all right. It's about 20 mm shorter than the CM Hyper 212 Evo. Might even be short enough to fit in Matt's InWIn case without getting rid of the large side fan.

I have mixed feelings about the fan on the Arctic unit: it's proprietary. That keeps the unit short, but it may not be practical to replace it with an industry standard fan.
