    The WinRE.wim probably got lost.
But thats not an disaster. We fix it.

But I need the result of this

    reg query HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control /v FirmwareBootDevice
    reg query HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control /v SystemBootDevice

It shows if the old EFI on Disk 1 can be deleted without risk or not

If I do a search for the file on drive c; in explorer I don't find it?

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>reg query HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control /v FirmwareBootDevice

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control
    FirmwareBootDevice REG_SZ multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>reg query HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control /v SystemBootDevice

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control
    SystemBootDevice REG_SZ multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(1)partition(2)

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>

You can try, but it can take a long time. Therefore I used the dir-command that searches only in Windows\System32

I did it but it found nothing.

Is the file just a common file on all windows 10 machines? I have another windows 10 machine , I could copy it from there?

    Yes, it's possible Good Idea.
But we do it later, because we can check first if it has been updated to Build 3920 or not

But you only find it there in C:\Windows\System32\Recovery when you execute reagentc /disable first

    OK
we also can delete the old EFI on disk 1.

No it was not on R:

But your idea to copy it from a different machine is good.

But let me create a detailed plan first how we design the new disk 1.
Here it is very very late and I need a bed.
I prepare a solution and will be back tomorrow
    Good night

    C:\Windows\System32>
    diskpart
    sel disk 1
    sel par 5
    set id=ebd0a0a2-b9e5-4433-87c0-68b6b72699c7
    gpt attributes=0x0000000000000000
    delete partition overide
    sel par 4
    set id=ebd0a0a2-b9e5-4433-87c0-68b6b72699c7
    gpt attributes=0x0000000000000000
    delete partition overide
    exit

Now you have to decide if you want a bigger C-Partition
    1) 134 GB+ 102 GB + 512 MB ~237 GB
    or a second Data-Partition (E:)
    2) 102 GB + 512 MB ~103 GB

When that is clear we solve the WinRE.wim problem

    Good evening Sir,
I have done all that and see no errors.
It still fails to allow me to insert an image so I have added the management update as an attachment.
I can't find the winRE.wim file on the other computer.
But you only find it there in C:\Windows\System32\Recovery when you execute reagentc /disable first
maybe reagentc hasn't been executed on there.
I am happy with just the one partition.
Did I say I contacted the person who made up the computer for me and he said, much to my surprise, that it has two physical drives.
