I usually use CMD admin, but I thought Powershell was more advanced, so I thought maybe that's what you used.
I used your commands in CMD admin and now I have my 1T data partition having 2 drive letters F and K. Should I reboot and see if the K drive letters sticks?

    THis is what CMD said:
    DISKPART> det par

    Partition 3
    Type : 07
    Hidden: No
    Active: No
    Offset in Bytes: 88524980224

Volume ### Ltr Label Fs Type Size Status Info
    ---------- --- ----------- ----- ---------- ------- --------- --------
    * Volume 6 F DATA WD 1T NTFS Partition 849 GB Healthy Hidden

    DISKPART> assign letter=K

DiskPart successfully assigned the drive letter or mount point.

Yes, reboot and see what happens to the letter.

I rebooted and lost both drive letters F and K. I the next step is to copy disk1.txt to C drive. It won't let me do it. It says - a required privledge is not held by client

OK, so you don't know how to copy a file to (C:). Doesn't matter!
Sometimes troubleshooting brings new ideas! When I look at your last Diskmanagement screenshot I have just one idea.
Use disk 0 as OS disk and use disk 1 as datadisk only. Believe me, that is the best solution. Transfer everything that you need from disk 0 to disk 1. Then run a clean installation on disk 0 by deleting all partitions.
That is a solid and reliable base for the future. Otherwise the troubleshooting will never end!
And if your PC is UEFI-Ready, do that!
This is my honest spirit of support

And if you delete the 2 small partitions on disk 1 (2+3) and create one new instead you get rid of that Logical Drive Problem
    That's the culprit

I copied the file to C after using this CMD
    icacls c:\ /setintegritylevel M

I plan on doing this below.

    run cmd command
    C:\Windows\System32>DiskPart /s C:\disk1.txt

I assume it will completely wipe the drive, data and all. You left off the partition for the data partition. Should I just set that up in Disk Management or should I modify your script in disk1.txt?

What about switching over to GPT instead of MBR?

How do I know if this computer is UEFI-Ready? Isn't that a Bios setting?

    Thanks for your excellent help,

Be patient! Don't run that skript now! There is time!
    Run this first:

    diskpart
    sel disk 1
    sel par 3
    delete partition override
    sel par 2
    delete partition override
    exit

Then in Diskmanagement rightclick on the black bar and select New Volume
    and follow the automated steps

To find out, if there are other (hidden) partitions just run
    diskpart
    sel disk 1
    list par
    exit

For GPT I have a different skript.
To find out if the PC supports UEFI you have to boot into the BIOS. If your PC isn't older than 10 years, it probably supports UEFI

    Never again please !!

I did that and when i went to diskmanagment I saw the unallocated data space and went ahead and deleted the EX PART partition which was created by accitnet. I made the data partition a Simple volume. I was surprised that when I deleted the EX Part that it also deleted the Recovery partition. SO now I have a boot partition and data partition.

It looks like the drives are not hidden any more. Here's what diskpart said:
    Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19045.3693]
    (c) Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>diskpart

    Microsoft DiskPart version 10.0.19041.3636

    Copyright (C) Microsoft Corporation.
    On computer: Q9450

    DISKPART> sel disk 1

Disk 1 is now the selected disk.

    DISKPART> list par

    Partition ### Type Size Offset
    ------------- ---------------- ------- -------
    Partition 1 Primary 73 GB 1024 KB
    Partition 2 Primary 857 GB 73 GB

    DISKPART>

Should I run that Disk1,txt script?

We don't need that skript any more!
Rightclick on the unallocated space and create a new volume. Assign any free letter and the problem is solved!
    You just killed the culprit

I just did that, assigned it to E and rebooted. It again lost the drive letter. I did diskpart and it now shows all the partitions hidden on 1T

Can you post a screenshot of "Diskmanagement" again please.
    1T boot didn't have a driveletter before.

    diskpart
    sel disk 1
    ATTRIBUTES DISK

    diskpart
    sel vol #
    ATTRIBUTES VOLUME CLEAR HIDDEN

    I am waiting
