I formatted my above said laptop, after installing the updates the keyboard driver shows ELAN Keyboard Filter Device with yellow exclamation mark, and shows not configured in registry. Can you please help me.

Have you the drivers from Lenovo for the keyboard? Windows Update may have them, look in the Optional section.
I have a Lenovo Ideapad 330 15ICH.
I did an in-place upgrade in October 2023 to fix a different problem and ended up with a similar problem to you. The keyboard did not work and using the onscreen key board I was able to determine that the wrong driver had been installed by the in-place upgrade. It should just be 'Standard PS/2' and uses standard Windows drivers - they are not Lenovo 'specials'
Unfortunately I don't remember exactly what I did to recover, but I do remember using the 'Uninstall Device' option on the device manager page for the keyboard. I think then from the Action tab I did a 'Scan for hardware changes'. I might have also done a restart but, I'm sorry I don't remember and I cannot find my notes of the event.
The Events tab for the keyboard shows Device deleted at 21:38:23
Device install requested at 21:39:49
Device install requested at 21:40:03
Device configured (keyboard.inf) at 22:33:10
Device started (i8042prt) at 22:33:10
