Windows 10: How Do I Get Rid Of Logitech F310 Gamepad?

I'm at a complete loss as to what to do.

Every time I turn on my computer, it sets up the Logitech F310 gamepad along with my XBox One controller. I still use the XBox controller but as long as the Logitech controller is set up and active, I have no end of trouble trying to play games. I notice that whenever I uninstall the F310 Gamepad, all of my game problems go away. But it won't stop setting the thing up. I've looked all over the drivers folder, other system folders (I'm no computer wizard) and I can't find anything related to Logitech.

I'm almost convinced it's a virus at this point. Does anyone have any idea how to shut this thing down permanently? So that it never gets set up again.

Windows version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.4291)

Hello @Zincario and welcome to TenForums.

    Get REVO Uninstaller (free)...
Download Revo Uninstaller Free - Remove unwanted programs easily

Install it and then use it to uninstall the F310 Gamepad.
After it uninstalls it will offer to... "scan for left overs". Do that, and delete whatever it finds.

The "leftovers" are probably what's causing it to try and "set up" again.

You can try to reinstall that thing again, and properly uninstall it. That could also fix the issue:

Thank you very much for your replies.

I did download that program but the issue seems to have resolved itself after I shut the computer down and rearranged my usb ports.
@pepaneee I'm a bit leery about plugging that controller in again, LOL! But I'll try that if the issue returns.

You’re welcome; I hope the issue has resolved itself too! =)

Let’s hope the issue never comes back. But if it does, all you would have to do is reinstall the program, but you do not plug in that device to your computer at all.
The suggestion that I state, is to just reinstall the application just so we can properly uninstall the application. It sounds a little confusing, but that usually resolves issues of similar problems.

Just keep in mind that you do not need to plug in that thing to your computer anymore anyways. =)
