.... I would like to set up either Crystal Disk Info or some other program to alert me if a HD is possibly going bad. I see Crystal Disk Info has a Startup check box and also alert by email. I prefer something working in the background instead of seeing a Window even if it's minimized. Of course is something is going wrong then a Window alert will be very welcome. So if anyone already knows how to do this, please let me know

One of my HDD's is showing "Caution" in Crystal Disk Info.
I did a disk check (dskchk) and there was no error's found.
The drive is old. Do you think it is just on its last leg? (look at the hours)

I've only used this program a couple of times in the past but if you go to download it now it shows the GUI on the left but what you see when you open it is the GUI on the right. I would really like to be able to access both. Is the GUI on the left...

I have a 1 TB data drive (already backed up) that shows a reallocated sector count (raw value) of 3348 in Crystal Disk Info in the main window of results.
If I hover over the yellow "Caution" under "Health Status," the notification popup says...
