Omg...same issue after fresh Windows install, no drivers just pure installation.
A faulty AHCI/SATA driver can cause what appears like 100% disk activity. Check for new drivers via Driver Easy.

Anyway System Informer neatly shows, what process is causing high I/O activity and the most writes to disk.

On your laptop page there is no bios and/or firmware (for the Samsung PM981 SSD) to update?

    Will check tomorrow.
So you think nvme is cause of all problems?
I can easily replace it with new nvme drive KC3000.

No, I'm not sure, but laptop manufacturers often update SSD firmware.
You will have to try the new nvme when you think you have tried everything.

I don't think it is a hardware (NVMe) issue.
Why don't you shutdown the WiFi an let the computer on overnight to see if it is normal next morning.

I will leave the computer today powered ON with wifi shutdown and write free space on C drive.
    Will check it at evening.
